These Terms govern the use of https://Fantazy.io and related services. Updated January 6, 2026.

Agreement

Access to https://Fantazy.io means agreement with the Terms and applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Fantazy.io site or services.

Age and responsibility

The minimum age is 18 years or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the service, you confirm compliance.

Generating images of people without consent or of minors is prohibited. Rights violations, illegal activity, and prohibited actions are not allowed.

About the company and service

Fantazy.io belongs to a company registered in the United Kingdom. It is an AI platform for adult images and videos, including deepfake porn. Payments are processed through an agent registered in the United Kingdom.

We do not store or track payment card data.

User content

Fantazy.io is not responsible for user content. The services allow generation of images and deepfake porn; we do not control such materials. The user owns their content and is responsible for its use and consequences.

Intellectual property

IP in site materials belongs to Fantazy.io or licensors. One copy is permitted for personal non-commercial use - a license, not a transfer of rights. The license ends upon violation or by decision of Fantazy.io.

Ban on content involving minors

Zero tolerance for content involving minors. Prohibited content is monitored by automated systems. Such accounts are blocked and reported to authorities.

Fantazy.io keeps activity records and may provide data to law enforcement.

Purchases, tokens, and refunds

Refunds are available within 24 hours after payment. Later refunds are not provided. A request is rejected if more than 20 tokens have been used. Purchases are one-time tokens with no expiration. One token corresponds to one photo. Upon refund, remaining tokens are removed. In a dispute, tokens from the disputed payment are canceled.

Welcome tokens are credited to your Fantazy.io account as a bonus and are intended solely for exploring the service's features. They are not monetary funds, cannot be exchanged for money, withdrawn, or transferred to third parties. Unused welcome tokens are not compensated upon account deletion or suspension.

Refunds for completed generations on Fantazy.io are not provided: tokens are debited when a generation starts, regardless of whether the result meets your expectations. Refunds for balance top-ups are also not provided. Fantazy.io uses artificial intelligence technologies, and results may differ from what you expected. The service is provided on an "as is" basis: we do not guarantee the accuracy or conformity of results to your expectations and are not obligated to cancel or compensate for completed generations.

Tokens and order storage

Tokens do not expire and may be used at any time. Orders and materials may be stored for 30 days and then deleted without notice.

Use restrictions

  • By using the site, you guarantee that you will not:
  • modify, copy, create derivative works, decompile, or reverse-engineer materials and software on the site;
  • remove copyright and proprietary notices;
  • transfer materials to third parties or mirror them on other servers;
  • abuse the site or services in a way that disrupts Fantazy.io networks;
  • transmit or publish materials involving harassment, obscenity, fraud, or illegality;
  • violate applicable laws and regulations;
  • use the site for unauthorized advertising or spam;
  • violate privacy, intellectual property, or third-party rights.

Violation may lead to content removal, suspension, or termination of access.

Right to terminate

We may suspend or terminate access to the site and terminate the Terms with written notice in case of violation.

Third-party tools and force majeure

We are not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our control. Third-party tools are provided "as is" without warranties; you bear the risks.

Dispute resolution

For payment disputes, contact support first. In the complaint, include your email, description of the situation, date, time, and documents. Confirmation is sent within 24 hours.

Liability

The site and materials are provided "as is". Fantazy.io disclaims warranties to the extent permitted by law and is not liable for indirect losses from use or inability to use.

Accuracy of materials

Materials on the site are provided for general information. Fantazy.io does not guarantee their accuracy, results, or reliability. You are responsible for decisions based on these materials.

Changes to the terms

Fantazy.io may change the Terms. This page is updated when changes are made, and the new version applies from the publication date.
