Acceptable Use Policy - Fantazy.io

This policy applies to Fantazy.io products, services, and technologies. It protects us, clients, and the internet community from unethical and illegal activity. Violators may face suspension and blocking; in extreme cases, we may report them to authorities. Reviewed: January 6, 2026.

Fair use and responsibility

Resources are provided for ordinary use within our offer. Excessive use may require additional payment or power limits.

  • Clients are responsible for their own actions and for everyone who uses the products with their permission, including unauthorized use caused by weak security.
  • By using the products, clients must ensure that all end users follow this policy. Complaints are sent to the account contact.
  • If the policy is violated, we may terminate products or accounts, or take other action without warning. Credits for downtime caused by violations are not provided where permitted by law.

Products may not be used to transmit, distribute, or store materials that violate the law, including:

  • Copyrighted materials, trademarks, or trade secrets used without permission.
  • Obscene or defamatory materials, illegal threats, and export control violations.
  • Spam and unverified lists in violation of laws.
  • Harassment, hate speech, racial or ethnic intolerance, threats, insults, and discrimination.

Unethical and harmful activity

Products may not be used to advertise or distribute software that violates this policy: spam, network scanning, flooding, mail bombing, or DDoS.

Unauthorized access to accounts and resources (hacking, cracking, phreaking) and introducing viruses or malicious code are prohibited.

Also prohibited: receiving services without payment; using resources to avoid paying other providers; unauthorized access to data; interfering with the service for other users; violations of consumer protection and privacy laws.

Copyright and unauthorized materials

The client is fully responsible for materials they enter, upload, distribute, or publish, and for obtaining rights to included works.

Spam and unauthorized mailing

Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam), attracting clients from third-party spam, and using unverified lists are prohibited. Only opt-in lists with proof of consent are allowed. Purchased spam lists are prohibited. This policy applies to messages through our products and networks leading to our site.

Unauthorized use of the Fantazy.io brand

It is prohibited to impersonate Fantazy.io or claim a business relationship with or ownership of the Fantazy.io brand to fraudulently obtain services or trust.

Prohibited content and organizations

Publishing or transmitting content involving violence, child sexual exploitation material, or threats to health and safety is prohibited. Products may not be used by persons or organizations connected to illegal gambling, terrorism, drugs, weapons, or weapons of mass destruction.

Fantazy.io keeps activity records and may report violations to authorities. Accounts involved in prohibited activity are blocked without warning.

Jurisdiction

Operations are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Policy matters are governed by UK law and international standards.
