All user content from verified participants is their responsibility. Fantazy.io administration may remove material that violates rules or U.S. law.

Content featuring real people

The platform may use videos with real people as source templates only with written consent from participants and confirmation that they are adults. Records are kept under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75.

User verification

Only users aged 18+ may create and publish content. Age and identity verification are required, along with confirmation that materials, including porn deepfakes, meet age, consent, and record-keeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Fantazy.io provides tools for AI face swaps and deepfake porn; legal responsibility for content lies with users.
